- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience supervising or managing a team within a multinational company.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. An MBA (completed or in progress) is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Project Management (PMP certification is a plus, but not required).
- Strong team management abilities, including scorecard creation, coaching, and goal-setting.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Can manage upward with effective negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or similar operational improvement methodologies.
