Requirements:

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience supervising or managing a team within a multinational company.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required. An MBA (completed or in progress) is an advantage.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Project Management (PMP certification is a plus, but not required).
  • Strong team management abilities, including scorecard creation, coaching, and goal-setting.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Can manage upward with effective negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or similar operational improvement methodologies.
• Schedule: Night shift availability.
• Work Setup: Hybrid (Work from home 4 days per week, report to office 1 day per week).
